In the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and most of our websites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only. We send suggested website designs through emails. We then liaise with you regularly to discuss the development process along the way.

It is helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form - for example, the files output by a digital camera and the words in MS word or similar format. If this is not possible, we can help get your information ready for use on the website.

No web hosting service can guarantees 100% uptime. However we can say that our servers have had 100% up time for many years. Should our servers have any problems we do have the necessary backups in place to deal with this issue very speedily.

It ensures that the search engines position the website where it can be easily found. Minor changes to the website are required for a successful promotion and higher exposure of your website. These services become even more important as the website progresses through the ratings and competition is greater. It is highly unlikely that a non-optimised and promoted website will be found unless a person knows its domain name or stumbles across it by accident! The goal is to be on the first page of any search, preferably in the top five addresses. Optimisation is required to develop, promote, upgrade, maintain and customise your website.

All our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines. It is a good idea for your website to be re-evaluated in time as over a period of time the search engines do alter their rules and algorithms and you will want to be certain that your website is kept up to date and complies with new rules etc.

You can telephone us to talk about it, but we will require your information electronically - email or disk. We have clients in all states of Australia and global locations who are happy for us to provide our services without visiting us in Melbourne.

69. Do Flash movies affect my Search Engine rankings?

Search engines are not able to read the content of flash and therefore any words used in animations will not be indexed by the search engines. With things being as competitive as are right now for keyword/key-phrases optimisation we don't recommend using them.
